Project Description

Our team improved capacity for the client by transferring 11 million tons of material, or 30,000 tons per day, ensuring production and meeting market demand. The project involved evaluating and segmenting the ore body based on quality standards. Our team oversaw the drilling, blasting, and mining of high-quality ore, as well as the stockpiling of diverse grades over seven stockpiles, while achieving project deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.

Due to the project's tight deadline, Ironcladresources ran multiple crews on a 22-hour, six-day-a-week pace to provide results ahead of schedule and within budget for the customer. To meet the client's tight deadline, Ironcladresources dispatched approximately 30 fully trained, MSHA Part 48 in-house staff and a sufficient equipment fleet to ensure the job started on time and concluded ahead of schedule.
