Project Description
Ironcladresources has launched a number of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives to help local communities better their level of living, health, well-being, security, and stability. This initiative was also conducted to promote human capital in Jiangxi Province.
Implementing CSR activities in locations such as Jiangxi Province presented unique hurdles due to their geographical location. Ironcladresources devised a flexible and comprehensive system that would allow them to collect data from the field during the implementation phase of CSR projects. The data gathered would enable us to develop spatial analytical models and strong dashboards for management, assisting with better monitoring and decision making. Ironcladresources helped design a GIS and MIS-based application to manage and monitor Arizona's different CSR activities.
